Clinical Nurse – Community Services – Maryborough

BlueCare is recruiting a Clinical Nurse to work in community services within the Maryborough and surrounding areas. This is a permanent part‐time role with remuneration of $59.43 – $60.70 per hour, superannuation included.

As a member of the Clinical Nursing Team, you will:
n •Provide high‐quality patient care and lead and inspire the frontline nursing staff;
n •Manage a client portfolio, developing, implementing, monitoring and reviewing care plans;
n •Conduct comprehensive and accurate assessments of residents;
n •Assist with the orientation of new staff and facilitate ongoing professional development;
n •Support the service in meeting all accreditation standards.

Qualifications

n

n
- Experienced clinician with considerable experience in acute or aged care environments
n
- Bachelor of Nursing, or equivalent qualification
n
- Current AHPRA registration – Essential
n
- Extensive general nursing experience and demonstrated clinical skills
n
- Current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional Minimum) – Essential
n
- Licensed vehicle – road‐worthy and insured, suitable for work – Essential
n




- Ability to liaise with the care team and provide coordinated care
n
- Confidence to manage conflict, pressures and competing priorities
n
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary team with leadership, support and mentorship abilities
n
- Previous community nursing experience and knowledge of community funding highly desirable
n
