Associate Director, HR & Business Support at FourQuarters Recruitment

We're partnering exclusively with a leading member-focused organisation to recruit a People Consultant for a 6-month fixed term contract, offering an immediate opportunity to join a highly collaborative and values-driven People team.

n

The Role

n

Working within the People Advisory & Enablement function, you'll partner closely with Senior People Partners to deliver strategic HR initiatives and BAU cyclical activities across a broad portfolio. This role blends advisory work, project delivery, and operational HR support to achieve strong people, business, and member outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide tailored, risk-aware HR advice on performance, conduct, WHS, grievances, injury/return-to-work matters, and complex ER/IR case management.
n
- Coach leaders on performance improvement plans, job design, and remuneration recommendations.
n
- Manage cyclical activities including performance reviews, talent reviews, and annual remuneration processes.
n
- Contribute to and deliver people-related projects, including change management and communication plans.
n
- Support organisational restructures, ensuring compliance with legislation, Awards, and Enterprise Agreements.
n
- Partner with Centres of Expertise to execute people initiatives and drive process improvements.

About You

n

n




- Broad HR generalist experience, ideally within complex or highly regulated environments.
n
- Strong working knowledge of employment legislation, industrial instruments, and HR best practice.
n
- Proven ability to influence and build trusted relationships across all levels.
n
- Exceptional problem-solving, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline (preferred).
n
