RSL Queensland is seeking a Housing Support Practitioner to help veterans and their families find safe, secure housing and build a stronger future. You’ll assess needs, navigate the housing system and develop practical pathways toward greater security and independence.
You'll manage a caseload of up to 20 clients, work with housing providers and community organisations to achieve sustainable outcomes, advocate for clients, and maintain accurate case records.
