Due to continued growth across commercial and industrial construction projects in the Northern Territory, Endfire Engineering is seeking Electricians or Fire Alarm Technicians to join our Darwin-based construction team. This role is suited to candidates with strong construction experience, with the prospect to develop further within the fire protection industry.

Roles And Responsibilities
n

- Install and fit-off of fire alarm and detection systems
n
- Assist with commissioning and testing of systems
n
- Read and interpret drawings, schematics and layouts
n
- Ensuring compliance with Australian standards and site requirements
n
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site
n
- Complete documentation and obtain customer sign offs
n
n
Experience
n
n
- Electrical trade qualification or equivalent
n
- Construction experience (commercial or industrial preferred)
n
- Fire alarm experience highly regarded, but not essential
n
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
n
- Reliable, proactive and able to work independently or in a team
n
- Must have full Australian working rights
n
- Ability to obtain and maintain the required Defence security clearance and site access approvals
n

Defence Project Requirement
n
This role may involve work on Defence projects. Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain the required Defence security clearance and site access approvals.
