Role

As Store Manager, you will lead all restaurant team members to ensure excellent customer service and product quality. You will recruit and train team members to service the needs of the business, maintaining the stellar reputation of Chargrill Charlie's. You will be responsible for all aspects of restaurant management and profitability, ensuring sales, food cost, labour spend, and other controllable expenses meet our standards while delivering a culture of excellence.

- Lead all restaurant team members to ensure excellent customer service and product quality.

- Recruit and train team members to support business needs and maintain brand standards.

- Manage all aspects of restaurant management and profitability.

- Deliver on key performance indicators including sales, food cost, labour spend, and other controllable expenses.

- Foster a culture of excellence and guest-centric service.

Qualifications

- Prior leadership experience is required; ability to communicate effectively and delegate tasks to others.
n
- Empathetic approach to guest complaints and requirements.
n
- Understanding of the hospitality industry.
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
