Overview

The Product + Operations coordinator will help both customers and internal team operate smoothly day-to-day. The role is well suited to someone who enjoys combining problem-solving, communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Creating and maintaining product listings in NetSuite and Shopify
n
- Updating specifications, pricing and product imagery
n
- Coordinating with suppliers to obtain product information, samples and swatches
n
- Monitoring freight updates and ETA changes
n
- Assisting with workflow improvements and process efficiencies, including the use of AI and automation tools
n
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
n
- Assisting with product, stock, specification and lead time questions
n




- Help to manage events and showroom bookings
n
- Promotions: helping to coordinate the delivery and returns of prizes
n
- Liaising with the warehouse team regarding deliveries and dispatches
n

Qualifications

n

n
- 1+ years' experience in a similar role
n
- Ideal industry experience across Retail, Homewares, Lifestyle
n
- Robust organisational and administrative skills
n
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
n
- Comfortable working with systems and technology
n
- Interest in AI, automation and improving workflows is welcomed
