As a Field Service Technician at SITECH Solutions, you won’t just be turning wrenches. You’ll be the person responsible for making massive earthmoving machines smart. What You’ll Be Doing:

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, you’ll be our “boots on the ground" expert:

Integrating Tech:Installing GPS and automatic guidance systems onto a variety of mobile plant equipment.

Fine-Tuning:Calibrating systems to ensure pinpoint accuracy on-site.

Problem Solving:Diagnosing and repairing faults in the field - keeping the project moving.

Documentation:Keeping clean records of your installs and time (we keep it streamlined, not bureaucratic).

Who You Are:

You don’t need "Machine Control" on your resume yet, but you do need:

A Relevant Trade:You’re a qualified Mechanic, Diesel Fitter, Auto-Electrician, or have a background in Surveying.

The "Spark":A genuine interest in how software meets hardware.



If you understand 12V/24V systems, you’re halfway there.

Independence:You’re comfortable managing your own day and representing the brand on client sites.

The Basics:A valid driver’s license and a commitment to keeping yourself and your teammates safe.
