E-COMMERCE MANAGER

Accelerate the performance and strategic growth of a high performing wellness brand across its online store and marketplace channels.

The Chance

This is a rare e-Commerce Manager role where you won't be sitting back watching dashboards — you'll be in the Shopify backend fixing a product page one minute and briefing a CRO test the next. Our client is a fast-growing Australian sports nutrition and supplements brand with serious momentum, expanding into new markets and scaling a tech stack to match. They need someone who wants to build something, not just manage it.

The Role

You'll oversee all online channel sales including Amazon marketplaces and the direct online store end-to-end, including: product listings, merchandising, promotions, subscriptions through Recharge, and the full Shopify Markets setup as new regions come online.

You’ll partner with developers and SEO/CRO agencies to keep testing and improving, and work closely with marketing, creative and customer service to make sure every launch lands on time and on brand. It's commercial, it's technical, and it's genuinely hands-on.

About You

High-level drive and the motivation to make a serious impact, coupled with emerging expertise across Shopify and ecommerce with the curiosity to learn and grow fast, is critical to the success of this person.

- Hands-on experience managing a Shopify (or similar) store, from listings through to promotions
- Naturally curious — you dig for the answer yourself before you ask for it, and back your thinking with data
- Thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment — comfortable changing course mid-month when something isn't working
- Entrepreneurial instinct: you spot what needs doing and you do it, without waiting to be asked
- FMCG, retail or consumer brand exposure is a bonus, not a requirement
