The role:

n

Working alongside a Director and a wider Asset Management Services (AMS) team, your role will be to support our key clients in the day-to-day management of their commercial & retail assets in line with obligations set out in the contract.

n

Our AMS team is regarded as a leader in the provision of management services to some of Australia's most respected institutional and corporate clients.

n

Key responsibilities:

n

n
- Provide professional property management services to a portfolio of clients.
n
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including tenants, operational staff, and clients.
n
- Manage the financial performance of the assets and provide recommendations to clients.
n
- Preparation of reports including financial, arrears, maintenance summaries, tenant issues/meetings, on a monthly and quarterly basis.
n
- Collection of rent and arrears, including appropriate allocation
n
- Liaise with Facilities Managers on compliance, changes/upgrades and health and safety items.
n

- Have relevant experience in a similar commercial & retail property management role
n
- Relevant degree preferable, i.e. Bachelor of Business (Property) (desirable not essential)
n
- Hold a valid and current Agents Representative license/Certificate of Registration. (OR ability to obtain the relevant certificate before commencement)
n
- An energetic and proactive approach to work, demonstrating initiative and drive.
n
- Ability to build and maintain robust working relationships.
n
- High attention to detail.
n
- Possess strong organisation skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
n
