A well-established mid-tier legal practice is seeking a Personal Injury Lawyer with 1–2 years' post-admission experience to join its growing team. Working closely with a Partner, this role offers hands-on exposure to a busy and diverse personal injury practice, including motor vehicle accident and workers' compensation matters.

What You'll Be Doing
n

- Manage a high volume of personal injury files with increasing autonomy
n
- Liaise directly with clients and provide clear, empathetic advice
n
- Draft correspondence, pleadings, and court documents
n
- Attend court,
mediations, and settlement conferences
n
- Conduct legal research and support matter strategy
n
- Work closely with senior lawyers to progress matters efficiently
n
- Prioritise competing deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
n
n
About You
n
n
- Holds a current NSW Practising Certificate
n
- 1–2 years PAE in Personal Injury or Compensation Law
n
- Experience managing motor vehicle accident and/or workers' compensation matters
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Client-focused with excellent relationship-building abilities
n
- Confident using up-to-date legal technology and practice platforms
n
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
n
n
