Responsibilities

- Grow the consumer lending book by identifying and meeting customers' needs and maximizing customer retention.
n
- Determine customers' goals and aspirations through quality conversations and deepening customer relationships at every interaction.
n
- Unlock new home lending needs by identifying opportunities within existing portfolios, working with aligned Bankers to generate new referrals, local business generation activities,



and targeted marketing strategies and activities.
n
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and service is achieved by accurate and timely processing of all lending applications.
n

Qualifications

- A high level of energy and enthusiasm.

- Drive and tenacity.
n
- Experience and enjoyment of all aspects of financial analysis.
n
- Demonstrated lending experience.
n
- Passion for relationship management and a proactive approach to improving the customer experience.
n
- Knowledge of NAB Systems – ELP, OBP, Siebel & EBL.
n
- A collaborative approach and strong team player mindset.
