About The Role
n
We are currently seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team in Melbourne's North West.
n
This role offers the opportunity to deliver evidence-based, person-centred Speech Pathology services supporting clients across home, school, clinic and community environments.
n

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
- Conduct assessments and deliver evidence-informed intervention
n
- Support clients across the lifespan with communication, language, social communication and mealtime goals
n
- Develop functional,
goal-based therapy plans aligned with participant needs and funding pathways
n
- Collaborate closely with families, carers, educators and multidisciplinary teams
n
- Manage a varied caseload across community, clinic and/or telehealth settings
n
- Participate in supervision, peer collaboration and ongoing career development opportunities
n

What You'll Bring
n

- Degree in Speech Pathology
n
- Current Speech Pathology Australia membership (or eligibility)
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community work
n
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning and organisational skills
n
- A collaborative and person-centred approach to therapy
n
