We're now looking for a motivated and organised Recruitment Coordinator to join our team.

n

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, loves variety and wants to build a long-term career not only in Recruitment and onboarding but People & Culture.

Reporting to and working closely with our Senior People & Culture Business Partner, you'll play an important role in helping us attract great people, support our employees throughout their employment journey and contribute to building a positive workplace culture.

About the Role

n

'No two days will be the same'.

n

One day you might be interviewing candidates, coordinating inductions or organising training. The next, you could be preparing employee communications, assisting with the coordination a staff recognition initiative, supporting our monthly team meetings or assisting the Safety & Compliance Manager with compliance administration.

n

You'll become a trusted support person across the business, working closely with leaders and employees to ensure our recruitment, onboarding, training and People & Culture processes run smoothly.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Coordinating end-to-end recruitment for our Operations i.e. Truck Drivers
n




- Preparing and advertising vacancies through SEEK and other recruitment platforms
n
- Screening applications and coordinating interviews
n
- Preparing onboarding documentation and new employee records
n
- Coordinating and conducting new starter inductions, additional internal/external training
n
- Assisting with our Learning Management System (LMS)
n
- Monitoring licence and qualification renewals
n
- Assisting drafting and sending employee communications
n
- Assisting in coordinating employee recognition initiatives i.e. gift cards, certificates and milestone celebrations
n
- Assisting in organising monthly meetings, staff events, morning teas and employee engagement activities
n
- Providing administrative support to the Senior People & Culture Business Partner and Safety & Compliance Manager
n
- Maintaining compliance records, incident registers and supporting compliance reporting
n
- Assisting with a variety of People & Culture and business improvement projects
n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, takes pride in being organised and genuinely wants to help create a positive employee experience.

n

You'll ideally bring:

n

n
- Experience in internal Recruitment (experience in Human Resource or People & Culture Administration not essential but an advantage)
n
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
- High attention to detail
n




- A proactive approach and willingness to learn
n
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
n
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (desirable)
n
- Experience within transport, logistics or another operational environment (highly regarded but not essential)
n
- Certificate IV in Human Resources or similar qualification (desirable)
n
