City Chic is looking for a Store Manager who can lead from the floor, develop stylists and drive strong commercial results - without losing a passion for fashion.

As Store Manager, you'll have full ownership of your store - leading your team, driving performance and delivering a fashion‐led customer experience every day.

n

You'll be responsible for:

- Maximising sales growth by creating a unique, curves-first customer experience
n
- Building genuine customer loyalty through exceptional, personalised service
n
- Leading and inspiring your team to achieve targets and KPIs
n
- Elevating store presentation through impeccable visual merchandising standards
n
- Inventory control and managing loss prevention
n
- Maintaining a safe store environment in line with health and safety standards
n
- Managing and achieving store budgets - including sales, wages, margin, and key KPIs
n
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weeknights, and weekends
n
