ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an experienced and driven Fixed Operations Manager to lead our Service and Parts departments.

n

Reporting directly to the Dealer Principal, you will play a key role in driving operational performance, customer satisfaction and profitability across our aftersales operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing teams, improving performance and making a genuine impact on the success of the business.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

n

Leading the Service and Parts departments to achieve KPI and financial targets

n

Driving workshop productivity, efficiency and customer satisfaction

n

Coaching and developing a high-performing team

n

Managing manufacturer compliance, warranty processes and reporting

n

Identifying opportunities to improve processes, performance and profitability

n

Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and OEM partners

n

ABOUT YOU

You are an experienced automotive leader who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and enjoys leading from the front.

n

You will bring:

Proven leadership experience within automotive service, repair or fixed operations

n

Strong commercial acumen and understanding of dealership performance

n

Excellent people management and coaching skills

n

Customer-focused with a solutions-driven mindset

n

Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving abilities
