Description: Prestige Civil Group is a well-established civil construction company delivering asphalt paving works across Victoria. We're on the lookout for a Sweeper Operator to join our busy Asphalt Paving crew.

No Sweeper experience? That's ok, we're happy to show you the ropes!

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, understands the importance of prep in asphalt paving, and works well as part of the crew.
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
n
- Operating sweeper on asphalt worksites
n
- Cleaning and preparing surfaces before paving
n
- Supporting the paving crew during and after works
n
- Daily pre-starts and basic maintenance checks
n
- Spotting hazards and keeping the site safe
n
- Following site instructions, TMPs and safety procedures
n
- Keeping your machine and work area up to standard
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
- HR Drivers Licence
n
- Construction White Card
n
- Experience operating a sweeper highly regarded
n
- Experience around asphalt paving or civil works highly regarded
n
- Safety-focused with a good attitude
n
n
