Reporting to the Working Capital & Treasury Manager, this role is responsible for managing treasury accounting, cashflow forecasting, and banking operations. You'll coach a small team, collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, and play a key role in optimising financial processes and performance.

About the role:

n

n
- Oversee daily treasury operations including cashflow balancing, payment processing, and reconciliations
n
- Manage intercompany settlements and foreign exchange rate updates
n




- Liaise with financial institutions and auditors on transactional and compliance matters
n
- Drive improvements in working capital and treasury processes
n
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and external reporting standards
n
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing banking team
n
- Champion safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement initiatives
n

About you?

n

n
- 2–4 years' experience in treasury, banking, or corporate finance
n
- Strong analytical and communication skills
n
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and working capital management
n
- Degree qualified in Accounting or Finance
n
- Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills
n
- A proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement and team development
n
