About the role
We are seeking an organised and proactive Administration Officer to join our team on a full‑time basis.
This is a varied role that will see you involved in all aspects of office administration, client communication and business support. No two days are the same, making this an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys a diverse workload and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
You will work closely with our professional team while helping to ensure the efficient day‑to‑day operation of the office and providing a high standard of service to our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls.
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email and mail.
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining team calendars.
- Providing reception and front‑of‑office support.
- Preparing letters, forms, reports and other client documentation.
- Maintaining electronic and physical filing systems.
- Data entry and management of client and business records.
- Assisting with compliance, administration and operational processes.
- Liaising professionally with clients, suppliers and external service providers.
- Ordering and managing office supplies.
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties and special projects as required.
About you

You will ideally possess:
- Previous administration, office support or reception experience.
