Coolamon Consulting provides advisory services across a range of property sectors. Our services span development, acquisition, divestment, and asset or portfolio performance. With a focus on value identification and realisation, we partner with our clients to uncover opportunities, enhance value, mitigate risk, and deliver strategic property objectives.

We are seeking a motivated Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with 1 to 3 years of experience who is passionate about the property sector and eager to contribute to high-profile projects. As an Analyst, you will work closely with our Directors to support and deliver strategic engagements across a variety of services, including:
n
n
- Project & Site Analysis: Conduct property due diligence, feasibility analysis, and market investigations to interrogate development options and maximize value.
n
- Project Direction & Strategy: Assist with options analysis, development strategy formulation, and strategic portfolio recommendations.
n
- Acquisitions & Divestments: Provide support for acquisition and divestment strategies, due diligence, and transaction execution.
n
- Joint Venture Agreements: Support the structuring of joint venture and project agreements to achieve optimal commercial outcomes.
n
n
What We're Looking For:
n
n
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in property, real estate, or consulting.
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
n
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior team members on diverse engagements.
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to client delivery.
