A growing engineering consultancy is seeking a Geotechnical Engineer to join its Sydney-based team, with an immediate start available.

The company delivers a range of projects across building, ground engineering, and site investigations, supporting developers, contractors, and consultants. With a strong and consistent workload, they are looking for someone who can contribute from day one.

The Role

n

This position involves a mix of site and office-based work, supporting project delivery from initial investigation through to reporting and design input.

n

Key responsibilities include

n

- Conducting site investigations including drilling, logging, and supervision
n
- Soil and rock classification
n
- Preparing geotechnical reports and recommendations
n
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams
n
- Supporting foundation design and ground engineering solutions
n
- Working across multiple projects at various stages
n

n

About You

n

n




- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering
n
- Experience in geotechnical or ground engineering environments
n
- Strong understanding of site investigation and reporting
n
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with clients and site teams
n
- Able to work both on site and in an office setting
n
- Based in Sydney or available to start immediately
n
