An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Menswear Designer to join one of Australia's most recognised retail businesses as it continues to evolve its fashion offering.

n

Working as part of an ambitious and collaborative design team, you'll play a key role in turning the dial on what high street fashion looks like—elevating product through considered design, premium fabrications, exceptional fit and contemporary silhouettes that inspire today's customer.

This is more than designing great product. It's about challenging convention, identifying new opportunities and helping shape the future direction of a well-loved Australian brand.

What you'll be doing

- Design commercially relevant, fashion-forward menswear collections.
n
- Drive improvements across fabrication, fit, construction and garment finishing.
n
- Create modern silhouettes that balance trend with everyday wearability.
n
- Research global trends and translate them into commercially successful product.
n
- Collaborate with Buying, Product Development and offshore suppliers throughout the development process.
n




- Contribute fresh ideas that continue to evolve and strengthen the overall product offer.
n
- Work within a passionate, high-performing design team focused on delivering best-in-class product.

About you

n

You'll be an experienced Menswear Designer with a strong commercial eye and genuine passion for product.

n

You'll also bring

n

n
- Previous menswear design experience within a retail or fashion environment.
n
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fit and fabrication.
n
- An eye for emerging trends and the ability to interpret them for the Australian market.
n
- Confidence working across multiple product categories.
n
- Excellent Adobe Illustrator skills and technical design capability.
n
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
n
