About the Role:
n
As a High Reach Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement and management of goods within our warehouse. This role requires a current forklift licence and significant experience operating high reach forklifts.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
- Load and unload deliveries, ensuring goods are handled safely and efficiently.
n
- Operate high reach forklifts to move items in and out of storage areas, trucks, and other vehicles.
n
- Maintain inventory accuracy by performing stock counts and updating records.
n
- Receive and check incoming stock for damage, discrepancies, and proper labeling.
n
- Prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring timely and accurate shipment.
n
- Organise and maintain the warehouse, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
n
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company protocols to minimise accidents and injuries.
n

Key Requirements:
n
n
- Proven experience operating high reach forklifts (essential).
n
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics workplace preferred.
n
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
n
- Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment with minimal supervision.
n
- Physical fitness to handle manual tasks and heavy lifting.
n
- Excellent communication skills and a team‐player attitude.
