Ideal for New Graduate or Early Career Speech Pathologists looking to build confidence, grow their clinical skills, and work closely with a passionate team of Speech Pathologists, OTs, dietitians, psychologists and physios.
New Graduate Support Includes:
- Weekly 1:1 supervision with a Senior Speech Pathologist with over 10 years of paediatric experience
- No client work in your first two weeks
- Gradual caseload increase over six months
- Structured 12-month support plan
- Mentoring and supervision across disciplines
- $1,500 PD allowance and 2 days paid PD leave
- Opportunities to learn through joint sessions and internal PD
- No set KPIs, with the focus on learning, confidence and building strong clinical habits

Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership
