Support children and families across a paediatric caseload, with a role designed for Speech Pathologists who value flexibility, professional development, neuroaffirming practice, and genuine support from an experienced team.

Ideal for New Graduate or Early Career Speech Pathologists looking to build confidence, grow their clinical skills, and work closely with a passionate team of Speech Pathologists, OTs, dietitians, psychologists and physios.

New Graduate Support Includes:

- Weekly 1:1 supervision with a Senior Speech Pathologist with over 10 years of paediatric experience
- No client work in your first two weeks
- Gradual caseload increase over six months
- Structured 12-month support plan
- Mentoring and supervision across disciplines
- $1,500 PD allowance and 2 days paid PD leave
- Opportunities to learn through joint sessions and internal PD
- No set KPIs, with the focus on learning, confidence and building strong clinical habits

- Paediatric Caseload: Work with a tailored caseload matched to your clinical interests and confidence level, including developmental delays, AAC, feeding, ASD, language, articulation, stuttering and literacy.
- Mostly Clinic-Based: Enjoy the consistency of an 80% clinic-based role, with 20% community work to keep your week varied.
- Strong Clinical Support: Build your skills with weekly 1:1 supervision from a Senior Speech Pathologist with 10+ years of paediatric experience, plus mentoring and cross-discipline support.




- Thoughtful New Grad Onboarding: No client work in your first two weeks. You’ll observe, shadow, learn the systems and settle in properly before gradually building your caseload over six months.
- Manageable Caseloads: Maximum 25 client-facing hours per week, with new graduates gradually building to 22 client hours.
- No Set KPIs: Focus on learning, confidence and quality therapy, not hitting numbers
- Multidisciplinary Learning: Work alongside Speech Pathologists, OTs, dietitians, psychologists and physios, with opportunities for joint sessions, internal PD and cross-discipline learning.
- Real Professional Development: Monthly PD, clinic-wide training, $1,500 annual PD allowance and paid PD leave to support your growth.
- Flexible Working Options: Part time and full time options available, with an 8 or 9 day fortnight and some WFH options for admin tasks.

Requirements:

- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
