Your New Role
n
As the Productivity Platforms Lead, you'll be the Product Owner and mentor a small team of technical analysts responsible for ServiceNow Aware's enterprise workflow and IT service management platform. You'll ensure our productivity platforms are reliable, well-governed and continuously improving, while aligning platform capability to business needs across the organisation.
n
You'll work closely with Technology teams, enterprise stakeholders and external partners to drive service excellence, innovation and user experience.
n
You will be responsible for:
n
n
- Owning the support and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform and aligned end-user tools
n
- Mentoring a high-performing team of technical analysts
n
- Partnering with internal Technology teams and suppliers to optimise systems and integrations
n
- Managing vendor relationships, feature roadmaps and platform enhancements
n
- Driving IT service management (ITSM) best practice across incident, change and request management
n
- Configuring workflows, forms, reports and dashboards to meet business needs
n
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, productivity and user experience
n
- Ensuring platforms meet security, compliance and organisational requirements
n
- Contributing to technology projects from planning through to post-implementation support
n

You're a confident technical leader/Product Owner who enjoys balancing hands-on delivery and coaching/mentoring the team.
You bring solid stakeholder engagement skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
n
You'll have:
n
n
- 5-10 years' strong technical experience in ServiceNow and product ownership
n
- The ability to coach and mentor team members
n
- Experience working with corporate end-user tools and enterprise platforms
n
- Solid understanding of Agile ways of working and project delivery
n
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
n
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across diverse stakeholders
n
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
n
