This growing Business & Tax Advisory team is seeking a leadership-focused accounting professional to manage a portfolio of clients while mentoring and supporting junior staff. You'll play a key role in maintaining high service standards, reviewing completed work, and building strong, lasting relationships with clients.

n

Depending on your experience, you may join at the Assistant Manager, Manager, or Senior Manager level, with scope and salary reflective of your title.

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- 4+ years' experience in public practice accounting
n
- 1+ year of leadership or mentoring experience (title not essential)
n
- CA/CPA qualified or near completion
n
- Based in or willing to relocate to Darwin
n




- Solid communicator with a positive, team-focused leadership style
n

Key Responsibilities

- Manage your own portfolio of clients and ensure delivery of high-quality services
n
- Mentor, train, and support junior team members
n
- Collaborate with Partners and senior leadership to drive division performance
n
- Provide high-level tax and business advisory services to a range of clients
n
