Ventia is seeking an Operations & Maintenance Manager to lead protected, reliable maintenance across East and Central Victoria within the VIMC contract. You will report to the Project Director and drive day-to-day performance, workforce management and maintenance delivery on a complex live road network.
You will collaborate with supervisors, planners, engineers, subcontractors and client stakeholders to meet safety, productivity, compliance and customer outcomes while ensuring contractual obligations
