Responsibilities

- Be the first point of contact for service and warranty enquiries — responding fast, finding faults, and offering smart solutions.
n
- Schedule and prioritise jobs for our Field Technicians to keep everything flowing smoothly.
n
- Process warranty claims and liaise with suppliers for quick resolutions.
n
- Provide clear product advice and quotes to customers — and follow up to get results.
n
- Keep accurate records, track job progress, and support internal teams with technical insights.
n
- Help drive improvements across systems, service quality, and customer experience.
n
n
What You'll Bring
n
n
- Experience in service coordination, scheduling, or customer support.
n
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills — ideally in a technical or product-based environment.
n
- Great communication, organisation, and multitasking abilities.
n
- Tech-savvy: confident with Microsoft Excel, Dynamics, and Office 365 preferred.
n
- A proactive mindset — you're someone who sees a better way and makes it happen.
