WMK is seeking an exceptional Senior Interior Designer to join our growing Sydney studio.

n

This is an opportunity to work on some of Australia's most exciting hotel, hospitality and luxury multi-residential projects, creating memorable guest experiences and sophisticated living environments that set new benchmarks in design.

We're looking for a confident designer who can lead projects from concept through to documentation, inspire clients and teams, and deliver beautifully resolved interiors with exceptional attention to detail.

The Role

n

As a Senior Interior Designer, you will:

n

n
- Lead the design and delivery of hotel and luxury residential projects from concept through to completion, in conjunction with our Director.
n
- Develop innovative, commercially considered design solutions that exceed client expectations.
n
- Produce and oversee high-quality documentation in Revit.
n
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing studio culture.
n
- Present confidently to clients, consultants and project stakeholders.
n
- Coordinate with architects, consultants and project teams to ensure design excellence throughout delivery.
n




- Contribute to the continued growth of WMK's award-winning hospitality portfolio.
n

About You

n

You are an experienced interior designer who combines creativity with technical excellence.

n

You will bring:

n

n
- 7+ years' experience in hospitality, hotel or luxury multi-residential interior design.
n
- Robust experience delivering projects through all design phases.
n
- Advanced Revit proficiency (essential).
n
- Exceptional documentation and detailing skills.
n
- Excellent design presentation and client communication skills.
n
- A collaborative leadership style and the confidence to mentor others.
n
- A genuine passion for creating inspiring, experience-led environments.
n
