We're looking for a Retail Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations and drive the success of our Drive-Thru operations. This dynamic role involves overseeing a busy store open 7 days a week, ensuring smooth operations and driving sales.

What You'll Do

- Lead the Team: Support the management by supervising daily operations and providing direct oversight to team members.

- Maintain Excellence: Keep our cellar and store areas spotless and well-maintained, ensuring all equipment is in top shape.

- Drive Sales: Prepare eye-catching displays, manage stock, and ensure competitive pricing to keep our customers coming back.

- Innovate & Grow: Contribute to the development and marketing of new services and promotions to stay ahead in the market.

- Achieve Financial Success: Manage wages, GP, and turnover to meet and exceed budget expectations.

- Stay Compliant: Ensure all operations align with relevant legislation, regulations, and internal policies.

About the Candidate

- 2 years in Liquor Retail Management is ideal, but what counts most is your hands-on approach and leadership skills.
