Your New Role and Responsibilities

Join Leidos Australia as a Cloud Operations Administrator where you will manage and optimise secure cloud platforms supporting critical customer environments. As a senior technical practitioner, you’ll ensure cloud services remain secure, reliable and available while working closely with engineering, cyber security and customer stakeholders to deliver secure and scalable solutions and drive operational excellence.

- Administer secure cloud platforms to maximise availability, performance and security.
- Resolve incidents, problems and changes across complex cloud environments
- Automate operational tasks using scripting, Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD tools
- Strengthen security through patching, remediation and compliance activities
- Partner with technical teams and customers to deliver resilient cloud services

What You’ll Bring to Make an Impact

- Proven experience administering Azure, AWS or equivalent cloud platforms




- Experience with cloud networking, storage, compute and identity services.
- Experience managing production environments including monitoring, incident response and resolving complex technical issues
- Strong scripting experience i.e. PowerShell, Python or Bash
- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation and a working knowledge of DevOps or CI/CD tools and pipelines

This role does require the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen who holds an active NV-2 Security Clearance accompanied by the ability to be successful for a DISA/OSA.
