Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Qualified Gardener to join their maintenance division. This role is suited to a motivated professional who takes pride in their work and enjoys leading a small team in a supportive, quality-focused environment.

What you’ll be doing
- High-end residential garden maintenance including pruning, hedging, and lawn care
- Monitoring plant health and applying sound horticultural practices
- Leading and mentoring apprentices on site
- Client interaction and maintaining exceptional presentation standards
- Organising daily workloads and ensuring quality outcomes
What we’re looking for
- Strong horticultural knowledge and attention to detail
- Manual Drivers License
- Ability to lead and support apprentices
- Reliable, professional, and team-focused attitude
