Aspect Personnel is assisting a Melbourne-based Council to recruit a Capital Planning Master Scheduler to lead the 10-Year Capital Works Program, aligning investment with asset management, community needs and long-term financial sustainability.
You will integrate capital schedules across planning, design, approvals, procurement and delivery; identify dependencies, forecast multi-year needs, and provide high-quality reporting to senior management and Council.
