We're on the lookout for a motivated Assistant Store Manager (2IC) to support our Katherine branch. At Burson, you're never just a number—you'll be part of a supportive, close‐knit team working together to connect our people, our customers, and our business every single day.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Handling automotive parts queries from trade and retail/DIY customers
n
- Provide a high level of customer service with an emphasis on customer retention & development
n
- Assisting with inventory control
n
- Maintaining store standards and adhere to company policies, procedures and OH & S compliance
n
- Supporting the Store Manager
n
- Leading and supporting your team
n





n

Qualifications

n

n
- An ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment
n
- Ideally experience in the automotive parts sector (or related sectors)
n
- The ability to engage with, and motivate team members
n
- Customer focused with strong time management abilities & attention to detail
n
- OH & S experience, with sound administrative skills and solid computer literacy
n
