- A recent degree inBusiness, Commerce, Finance, Communications or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Confidence working with systems and the Microsoft Office Suite
- A genuine interest in building a career in insurance broking
No prior insurance experience is required — full training will be provided.
