McGrath Mechanical is looking for Heavy Vehicle and Plant Mechanics to join our team.

n

We are looking for experienced and motivated personnel with a passion for fleet maintenance to join our ever-growing team.

n

To be successful in this role you will need proven experience in field service, component rebuilds, breakdowns and preventive maintenance. We offer great working conditions and run a fleet of new service vehicles that travel to sites all over southeastern NSW and throughout Sydney Metro.

n

Experience with CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi and Volvo preferable but not essential.

n

Required qualifications and attributes

n

n
- Relevant trade license and heavy commercial vehicle qualifications
n
- Forklift and Air conditioning license advantageous
n
- Construction white card
n
- Competent in fault finding and completing repairs to factory standards.
n
- Must have the ability to work in a team setting and independently.
n
- Customer focussed punctuality with a high attention to detail.
n




- Have a positive approach to work and be willing to learn new skills.
n
- Understand the importance of completing service records and documentation accurately.
n
- Work in a safe and effective manner and adhere to site specific rules.
n
- Have a can do attitude and a passion for fleet maintenance.
