Job Description

- This is a 12-month contract position, located in Sydney

- Q Research Software or similar is highly desirable

All About the Role
n
The Research Center is a new capability designed to respond to fast evolving customer needs for high-quality research support, with the important mission of value realization in developing insights and recommendations. This capability augments traditional areas of strength.
n
In this role, we are looking for someone who can confidently oversee and support research projects from start to finish, collaborate seamlessly with clients and vendors, and deliver high-quality, actionable insights through thorough data analysis and reporting.
n
Your responsibilities would include:
n
n
- Manage and coordinate research projects, including primary and secondary methodologies, while ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
n
- Aggregate and analyze data to deliver clear, actionable insights through client-ready reports and presentations.
n
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, while effectively managing vendor relationships for timely and accurate project delivery.
n
- Ensure the preparation and delivery of high-quality research materials with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
n
n
All About You
n
2-4 years of experience in managing end-to-end research projects, including primary research (focus group discussions, in-depth interviews, survey development and analysis, and other quantitative techniques).
n
Experience managing and collaborating with third-party research vendors, maintaining an ongoing understanding of current issues, and proposing and taking appropriate action.
n
Ability to synthesize and analyze information to deliver meaningful conclusions and actionable recommendations.
n
Ability to prepare insightful presentations by aggregating data from various sources.
n
Robust business writing skills, with the ability to create client-ready materials.
n
Proficient in coordinating, preparing, and ensuring the timely delivery and accuracy of research projects, materials, and reports.
n
All About Your Education & Skills
n
Proficiency in Q Research software or similar tools is highly desirable.
n
Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint are essential; familiarity with project management tools is preferred.
n
Prior experience working in a research agency is strongly preferred.
