Your Role
You will be travelling out toNDIS & HCP clients homes and community settings, spanning from Caloundra to Noosa, supporting clients presenting with diverse neurological degenerative conditions. You will conduct initial assessments, and used evidence based practice to inform therapy plans, and facilitate therapy sessions that support client goals, and write NDIS & funding reports when required.
The Team
Join a small team of very experienced allied health professionals; 2 Senior Occupational Therapists with collectively 30 years experience, a Senior Physiotherapist with over 20 years experience, and 2 AHA's and admin support.
This tight knit team fosters a team-oriented work environment, where all clinicians are encouraged to share their skills and expertise to support the growth of this client-first focused service.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers licence and own vehicle
