The Telegraph Hotel, part of Australian Venue Co., in Hobart, is seeking two experienced Sous Chefs to join our leadership team. You’ll lead the kitchen during busy services, mentor junior chefs and contribute to a solid food offering in a lively, venue-wide setting.
