Your next career chance
You will lead complex strategic advisory projects that directly influence executive decision‑making and institutional priorities. You will apply rigorous analysis and structured problem‑solving to design solutions that create long‑term value for the University.
What you will deliver
- Lead strategic proposals, business cases and early‑stage solution design for complex, institution‑wide challenges
- Conduct rigorous qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify opportunities, risks and options aligned with University priorities
- Facilitate workshops, consultations and focus groups to explore strategic issues and build shared understanding with stakeholders
- Translate strategic goals into clear project scopes, success measures and delivery approaches for advisory initiatives
- Manage strategic advisory workstreams, monitoring progress, risks and dependencies to ensure timely, high‑quality outcomes
You may be a great fit if you:
- Hold a postgraduate qualification and extensive experience in corporate consulting, transformation or strategic advisory roles
- Demonstrate a strong track record advising senior executives on complex strategic issues and organisational decisions
- Bring advanced analytical and problem‑solving capability, integrating data, insights and frameworks to shape recommendations
- Excel in written and verbal communication, producing executive‑ready reports, briefs and presentations for diverse audiences
- Apply contemporary project management approaches to plan, deliver and govern complex projects within time and budget
- Leverage experience in higher education or large, complex organisations to navigate stakeholders and institutional context
