Role – NSW State Manager

n

An exciting opportunity is now available to join their leadership team, devise the strategy for the expansion of their NSW business & lead them into their next phase of sustainable growth.

n

n




- Report directly to & work closely with a supportive and collaborative Executive GM
n
- Support, guide & develop a team of 3 direct reports, total operation of 35 employees across 2 offices, with significant growth planned over next 12-24 months
n
- Take complete ownership of the unit including P&L;/financial performance, operations, project delivery, client relations
n
- Be supported by Head Office including HR, Finance, Compliance, Systems, Business/Client Development & Operations teams
n
- Improve on internal processes & systems to enable transparency & efficiency
n
- Foster a culture of team, relationships, communication, safety, quality, service
n
- Grow the divisions profile with major insurers (including IAG, Hollards & Suncorp)
n
- Contribute to the strategy development & direction of the national business, as part of the executive leadership team
n

Experience

n

n
- Previous experience leading & mentoring people within a building / construction operation
n
- Process driven with a focus on developing & growing skillsets of the team
n
- Demonstrated experience growing a business unit or operation
n
- Collaborative, people oriented manager who values culture & relationships
n
- Exposure to P&L; management or exposure to managing costs & budgets and willing to grow
n
