Talent X in Australia is seeking a Coffee Quality Manager for an independent import business. You will be responsible for the quality of every coffee that moves through the company, performing daily sample roasting, cupping and evaluation.
You’ll provide transparent feedback to suppliers and the sales team and help determine which coffees make it to customers, a role where precision matters and your reports are used across the business.
