Southern Cross Care Queensland is seeking a part time Gardener/Maintenance Officer to support the Caloundra Residential Aged Care Home. You will maintain gardens and general facilities, work with the Residential Manager, and help ensure a tidy, well-kept environment for residents.

The role emphasises teamwork, empathy, and reliability, with ongoing training and access to staff benefits. A maintenance qualification is desirable, and experience with contractors is valued.
