About The Role

n

As the e-Commerce Coordinator you will be responsible for many of the day to day tasks on the backend of the Mossman e-commerce platform and work collaboratively with the rest of the team. Take the next step to grow your career in e-commerce along with the Mossman brand.

Responsibilities

n

- Create and update products across the ecommerce platform relating to new product creation, descriptions, measurements, fabrications and compositions etc.
n
- Liaise with the wider team to brief and execute regular ecommerce content updates, including homepage, category pages and supplementary pages.
n
- Manage and review product presentation on website to ensure correct categorisation, images, copy, pricing, and promotional offers are accurate and meet internal requirements.
n
- Setup and create discounts and offers ahead of promotional periods.
n




- Execute online campaign and promotional activities to ensure website meets business timelines and strategic objectives.
n
- Be responsible for executing the online visual merchandising strategy in line with Mossman brand guidelines.
n
- Analyse and optimise the product discovery journey to ensure customers have an exceptional shopping experience.
n
- Liaise with website development agency to test and deliver new feature enhancements that improve customer shopping experience in addition to any website fixes that may be required.
n
- Conduct competitor analysis to capture insights and provide recommendations.
n
- Assist with analysis on website performance and future strategy.
n
- Manage and optimise the Mossman Meta ad account (Facebook and Instagram advertising.)

Skills & Experience

n

n
- 2+ years' experience in a similar e-commerce role with intermediate experience of Shopify highly regarded.
n
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
n
- Recent experience with Meta Business Manager creating and optimising ads.
n
- Understanding of e-commerce principles, online sales strategies, and digital merchandising concepts.
n
- Ability to analyse e-commerce metrics, interpret data, and make informed decisions to drive sales and conversion.
n
- Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
n
- Passionate about understanding consumer behaviour and improving customer experience.
n
- Prolific written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Strong communication skills to collaborate within a fast-pace team.
n
- Capacity to manage tasks efficiently, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic online environment.
n
- Flexibility to embrace evolving e-commerce trends and contribute positively to the team's goals.
n
- A solid understanding of SEO would be advantageous.
