We are seeking a senior accountant for a well established accounting firm. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing key financial operations, ensuring compliance with Australian accounting standards, and providing management with accurate reporting and insights to support decision‐making. The role covers a broad range of accounting functions, including:

- Preparing and reviewing financial statements, BAS, and taxation returns
n
- Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing
n
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
n
- Liaising with clients, auditors, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and smooth operations
n
- Supporting continuous improvements in accounting systems and processes
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Minimum 3 years' experience in accounting (preferably within a Tax/Public Practice environment)
n
- Degree qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
n




- Proficiency in Xero, MYOB, or other relevant accounting platforms
n
- Solid knowledge of Australian taxation and compliance requirements
n
- Excellent communication skills, with bilingual ability in English and Mandarin highly regarded
n
- Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
n
