About the Role

We're seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to streamline our sales processes, manage data in our CRM, prospect for new clients and support the sales team with actionable insights and operational efficiency. You'll play a crucial role in improving our sales velocity, accuracy, and team productivity.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Ensure data accuracy, lead routing, pipeline hygiene, and forecasting accuracy.
n
- Generate reports and dashboards for Sales leadership.
n
- Support quote-to-cash processes including pricing, deal desk, and contracts.
n
- Collaborate with Partnerships, Finance, and Customer Success for cross-functional alignment.
n
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
n

What You Bring

n

n
- 1-3 years experience in Sales, Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or CRM management.
n
- Strong understanding of Excel and reporting tools in Excel
n
- Attention to detail, process-driven mindset, and strong organizational skills.
n
