Job Title: Manhattan Active Omni (MAO) Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Summary:

n

We are seeking a MAO Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Order Management and Supply Chain. The role involves solution design, configuration, customization, and end-to-end implementation/support of Manhattan Active Omni applications, working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Configure and customize Manhattan Active Omni (MAO) modules (OMS, Inventory, POS, Store, Call Center)
n
- Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
n
- Perform solution design, gap analysis, and feasibility assessments
n
- Develop and support integrations and enhancements using Java, APIs, JSON
n
- Participate in design workshops, testing, and release management
n
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and offshore teams to drive delivery
n
- Support implementations,



upgrades, and production support activities
n
- Prepare and review functional and technical design documents
n

n

Required Skills & Experience:

n

n
- Hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Omni (MAO)
n
- Strong understanding of Order Management, Inventory, and Supply Chain processes
n
- Experience in configuration, customization, and business process mapping
n
- Working knowledge of Java, APIs, JSON, and databases
n
- Experience with cloud-based implementations
n
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and client-facing skills
n

Nice to Have:

n

- Experience with other OMS platforms (e.g., Sterling OMS)
n
- Exposure to Retail / eCommerce / 3PL environments
n
- Prior experience in end-to-end implementations
n
