n About the AMP Graduate Program
n You'll join us as a full-time permanent employee, in February 2026 at our head office in Sydney.
n Our structured program runs for two years and includes up to four rotations across your business stream.
n You'll also complete a bespoke development program including workshops, technical training, customer immersion and participation in a Business Improvement Project and presentation to the CEO and Executive Committee.
n This combination of practical work and development activities, and with the support of the program manager, mentors from across AMP, a buddy from the previous graduate cohort and the AMP Graduate alumni community, you will be set up for career success.
n The Financial Services Graduate Program provides graduates with a holistic understanding of the wealth management and retail banking industry. Financial Services Graduates complete rotations across AMP's core business pillars of Superannuation & Investments, Platforms and AMP Bank with opportunities to gain experience in areas such as product research, design & development, strategy, customer experience, business analytics and digital.

Eligibility Criteria
n To be eligible for the 2026 graduate program, you must:

n

n
- Be an Australian citizenship/permanent residency or New Zealand citizen
n
- Have completed (or be completing) your first bachelor's degree in 2024 or 2025. For the Financial Services program, there are no limitations as to what degrees can apply to this stream. AMP welcomes candidates from all disciplines.
n

Recruitment process and key dates
n 1. Submit your application today via the AMP careers portal
n 2. Complete your Digital Assessments including a cognitive assessment and video interview. Invitations will be sent from 21 July 2025
n 3. Attend your Virtual Assessment Centre on Tuesday 9 September 2025
n 4. Welcome to AMP! Successful candidates will be invited to meet each other and the AMP team at a welcome event at Quay Quarter Tower on Tuesday 16 September 2025
n 5. The Graduate Program starts in Sydney in February 2026
