What you need to know...

- permanent full time - 76 hours per fortnight
- the package: $60,272 to $71,876 plus superannuation per annum
- location: South Grafton, NSW
- access to fitness passport
- 9 day fortnight

About the role

Are you looking for an opportunity ‘to plan and deliver services valued by the community’? Do you like a variety of work across a wide geographic area?

If you are interested in water and sewerage operations, apply to join Clarence Valley Council’s Water Cycle team for the opportunity grow your skills in one of the most scenic, beautiful and geographically diverse areas of New South Wales.

We are seeking enthusiastic applicants to assist with construction,



operation and maintenance of Councils water supply and sewerage services. Our services are run from our Townsend depot and the South Grafton depot. Please indicate in your application which location you prefer.

There is a great variety of work as the assets the Water Cycle section is responsible for which include water and sewerage pipes, sewer and water pump stations, water supply reservoirs, sewage treatment plants and chlorination plants.

The preferred candidate will be required to participate in an on-call roster & call back and must be available for weekend and public holiday rosters.

To be considered for this position you will need to:

- Meet the Essential Requirements - Clearly address the essential requirements of the role as per the selection questions and position description. You will need to demonstrate how you meet essential and desirable selection criteria.

Other significant information

This position is located at Council's Rushforth Road Works Depot however, this may change should business needs identify other work locations to be more appropriate to deliver our services in the future.

A probation period applies to this position.
