The Role
n
As a key partner to the business, the Risk Enablement Manager plays a pivotal role in strengthening risk capability, fostering a proactive risk culture, and helping the organisation navigate an evolving regulatory landscape. As a valued member of the Line 2 Risk team, you will work closely with stakeholders across the Fund, drive continuous improvement in risk frameworks, support regulatory change initiatives, and enable confident, informed decision‐making.

What You'll Do
n
n
- Support the ongoing enhancement of the Fund's risk management frameworks and practices.
n
- Partner with stakeholders to embed a strong and proactive risk culture across the organisation.
n
- Lead and coordinate internal audit activities, including the management of audit findings and actions.
n
- Maintain and review risk policies to ensure alignment with regulatory obligations and business needs.
n
- Oversee conduct risk initiatives to promote ethical behaviours and sound decision‐making.
n
- Drive improvements to governance, risk and compliance (GRC) systems and processes.
n
- Support the implementation of new and evolving regulatory requirements.
n
- Manage and maintain the Operational Risk Management Framework.
n
- Coordinate business continuity planning, testing and incident response activities to strengthen organisational resilience.
n
- Design and deliver risk training,
capability-building and risk maturity initiatives across the business.
n
- Support the Line 2 Risk team in other risk and compliance initiatives.
n

About You
n
n
- A collaborative and influential risk qualified with experience embedding risk culture and driving continuous improvement, you will bring:
n
- Experience in risk management within financial services, with exposure to operational risk, governance, compliance, business continuity or risk culture initiatives.
n
- Robust knowledge of risk frameworks, policy management and regulatory change implementation.
n
- Experience delivering risk training, capability uplift and risk awareness programs.
n
- Sound understanding of business continuity and operational resilience practices.
n
- Knowledge of Australian regulatory requirements and their practical application.
n
- The ability to influence stakeholders and embed effective risk management across the organisation.
n
- Strong communication and reporting skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and governance committees.
n
n
Nice to Have
n
n
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or professional risk, governance or finance certification.
n
- Experience enhancing risk culture and organisational risk maturity.
n
- Strong understanding of APRA prudential standards, including CPS 230, SPS 220 and CPS 234.
n
- Professional membership with RMIA, Governance Institute of Australia, or similar is desirable.
n
