We're looking for a talented and driven VIP Travel Consultant to join our FCM team, delivering seamless, high‐touch travel management for a select portfolio of high‐profile corporate clients.

n

In this role, you will manage end‐to‐end travel arrangements, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide an outstanding experience for VIP clients.

n

Responsibilities

n

n
- Managing end‐to‐end business travel arrangements for VIP corporate clients, including international air, hotel, car hire and ground transportation via Sabre GDS
n
- Handling complex itineraries, ticket exchanges and Phase IVs using strong fares knowledge
n
- Building and maintaining trusted relationships with key stakeholders across large market organisations
n
- Adhering to company procedures, account guidelines and service standards across ticketing and GDS productivity
n
- Delivering all travel requests within designated SLAs, balancing speed with precision
n
- Collaborating with the team to ensure each VIP client receives a consistently outstanding experience
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Minimum 2 years' experience in travel consulting or travel management
n
- Strong expertise in complex fares and itineraries
n
- High level GDS proficiency – Sabre experience highly regarded
n
- Self‐ticketing capability is a definite advantage
n
- Experience in high‐end corporate travel is highly desirable
n
